Do not use this company if you dont want your money to go up in smoke. They are Absolute Jerks and will do anything to get your money back. Ive had to contact them multiple times because they wont stop calling after getting my information wrong and making ridiculous demands. Save yourself the trouble and dont use them at all.

And then when I tried to get a customer service representative they would not talk to me. Overall I have had very low experience with Aumenta.

Aumenta is a terrible company. They always put their own interests ahead of the customer. Every time I call them they make me speak with them in Italian which is not my natural language. Also they dont ever have any use for customers who they think are screwed. They are always looking for new ones and offer little jobs that are not even possible to finish. Overall Aumenta is a terrible company that should be locked up and never used again.

Aumenta is a terrible company. They always put themselves in between their users to get better software faster for their customers. But they never give back money or apologize for their actions. For example they will sometimes change software that users have already bought and this can break some software because it is not updated often. Overall I would not recommend Aumenta to anyone.
