Im so sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with the company Auroraelabs.com. I purchased a software development kit Sdk from them and after only a few weeks of use it completely stopped working. They were not willing to help me fix it and even offered to sell me another one instead. My experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Im not impressed with this company at all. I ordered software development services from them and the process was incredibly bad. The staff was very unprofessional and didnt seem to care about their customers. Overall I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Auroraelabs is a terrible company. They always put their own needs before the users which made the user experience was not good. Their customer service was also terrible. I never received any support from them and they were always Fairfax the companys customer service representative did not understand what I was saying. So I asked her to please tell me what she wanted me to do. She said I dont know we just make money doing this. Thats all she ever told me. And then she would send someone else to try to help me out. But once I started having trouble with them she never listened to me again and sent someone else to help me out. Overall Ive had excellent experiences other than this one but Auroraelabs is definitely not a quality company when it comes time for customer service.

I absolutely hated my recent application. It was supposed to be a quick and easy to use software but I got what I expected. The user interface was difficult to understand and use. Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to be something elses issue. Overall I dont recommend this product or the company.
