"I Have Had A Terrible Experience With"

I have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all the software they offer is absolutely terrible. The only thing that it does is send automated messages telling you to update your software or your account could be cancelled. Secondly theres no way to actually use the software - it just keeps crashing and asking me to update it again. Finally their customer service is absolutely terrible. They dont seem to understand what anyones trying to say and when I asked them for help they just told me to get a new computer because their old one was getting too old. Bottom line avoid this company if you can - their products are horrible and their customer service sucks

I have had two programs that did not work for me. One I got back from them and it was absolutely terrible. The other I reached out to them about and they didnt even know how to help me get a fix. Im quite sure they were just not inspired to help me because my issue was completely with them. 12The customer service in Autentek GmbH is terrible They did not offer any assistance or fix the program for me. Overall I have had two bad experiences with them and I would not recommend them to anyone.
