I tried this company because I needed a home-automation service. The first thing that I noticed was that the website was very outdated and had errors. After doing some more research I found out that the company was only in business for selling software for home automation. The second thing that I noticed is that their prices were way too high for what you get. In addition their customer service was terrible. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have reported the situation to customer service multiple times but they keep less than Engaged about it. They only want to help people who are willing to be their huge mine of a problem.
