"I Just Got Out Of My First Position"

I just got out of my first position at Aviws.com where I was the CTO. I really loved my role and found the work to be very complex and challenging. However this past year I have become more interested in video management and have been working on a project for a company that offers a similar service. IHL Intermine High-Leverage is not something I would recommend to anyone. The software is incredibly heavy and takes hours to start or load videos. Overall I am very unhappy with Aviws.com and the Inintervally High-Leverage Model IFILM as it has worked for me now twice as long as the original project did.I hope that this gives someone some pause to consider whether or not they want to remain in an organization where video management is such an important part of their business model.

I have had two cases handled by AVI Web Solutions and both of them were total disasters. The first time I had to go over the case level with the company and the representative from AVI Web Solutions came in and out without any solid information or discussion. I told him I wanted a specific address and date range and he didnt seem to understand what I was asking for. The second time it was a walk in the park but the representative from AVIWebSolutions clearly didnt know what he was talking about since he never received my requests. Overall not good experience at all.Aviws.com is a terrible company that makes no sense. Their reps are always here until they leave then come back in less than 30 seconds after being gone to discuss nothing else for that matter. There is absolutely nothing going on here except making money for their members.
