I have never had such terrible service from a company. The woman whoanswered my phone was so unprofessional and unhelpful. She said she couldnt do anything about the software I bought because it wasnt registered with Awaysofttech which is ridiculous because it should be easy to register a product with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The IT services they offer are terrible and the customer service is even worse. They make it very hard to get ahold of them and when you do theyre always more than willing to give you the run around. I wouldnt use them for anything other than making fun of them on social media.

After working with the company for 2 months I realized that they are nothing more than a line of business advertising. They are not worth your time or money.

However they also offer this other service called AwaySoftTECH - its just a marketing slogan. Ive never used it and it doesnt matter how much you tell them about how easy it is theyll still use the service. So if youre looking for an IT company that will do both things this is not the company for you.
