They offer a variety of services for customers to use their skills to help them improve their businesses. However the company has an ongoing practice of offering people services that are not workable or which are simply too good to be true. For example the company offers a chatbot that can help you with your business and sometimes make money doing it. However the bot does not work in some areas such as property management or health care. I have had several experiences where the company has offered me tasks or services that I never intended to complete such as helping me get started with my business. In addition many of the tasks they offer are not actually possible or desirable things because they require time and effort which is often not available for these reasons. I just brought in my old computer to be fixed. The service team was great. They fixed it and brought me back to the states. Deloitte Digital is simply a waste of time. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.
