This is the worst company ever. I have never had such terrible customer service. The first time I called they told me it would be a few hours before my order was ready and then it took forever The second time they said my order hadnt been shipped yet and then it took another day And the third time...it didnt even come in the mail They just sent an email saying that my order wasnt processed because I failed to provide correct information. This is why I never recommend them to anyone their customer service is disasterous.

does not do what it says it willI used Azuaria Marketing Cloud Cyber Services and was very disappointed. The marketing cloud cyber services does not do what it promises in fact I experienced a lot of problems with the service. My account was canceled after a short amount of time and I am very unhappy with the experience.

is a scamI am not sure if I have the right account but I just got scammed by this company. They said that they had my address and would be able to help me with my marketing campaign. However when I asked for proof of their claim they didnt provide any. Furthermore when I reached out to them for clarification about what exactly was happening they refused to answer my questions. Overall this company is a scam and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The only good thing I have said so far is that they are very accommodating when it comes to changesadjustments we make. However the site is so outdated and cannot handle the amount of traffic its trying to. I have been working with Azuaria for a few months now and there is no change in how much work needs to be done on the site. Its just not possible especially for small businesses to keep up with all the updated technologiestechnologies.I would not recommend this company to others because I believe that they will do same things and more importantly take advantage of current technology opportunities.
