I just had a Tyler do my come up and he said to go to company B13 technology. I was so excited because I just wanted a quality product from the worlds of other companies. But it has been the worse experience yet. The quality of their products is nothing out of the ordinary but the customer service is terrible. And they are only in business for themselves. Company b13technology.com is not worth your time or money.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not enjoy that experience. The phone numbers they would call me were asking me to sign up forNewsletter and when I said no they started to cry. They also would not give me a new number to call them or let me know if there was anything I could do. Overall it wasnt a great experience.

The company is bad news Company b13technology.com is a terrible place for customer service because they always work to sell more products or services. Its very frustrating when you have a question or want to order something but cant find the answer on their site which is often. Additionally the site has been reported for online advertisingagleading and Maldives thanks him for his helpThis company is a total disaster... They never listen to customers and will not help you unless you give them what they want. Do not bother coming in the future.
