I have had two different IT services providers in the past and I have had great experience with each of them. But company Ba-TSS.Co.uk is completely terrible They are total newbies who are not even close to being able to provide good service. In the past they have never been able to fix a single issue until now. Avoid this robot-like company if you want good IT support.

I have had two problems with company ba-tss.co.uk in the last few months. First I was given a bill of costs for an IT support service that I did not receive. The cost for this service was 10 per hour which was added to my account along with other fees. However when I sent them a message about my issue they did not listen and charged me again for the same services on July 9th. This time I received a call from customer service who said that I needed to change my phone number and that was it for my account. They never called me back after that and I spent 50 onocide charges Do not use this company at all
