I have never had such terrible customer service They kept telling me that my order was already shipped and I hadnt received it even though it clearly hadnt. And then they said there was no way I could get a refund because my card had been charged. Absolutely unprofessional and extremely frustrating

They promise you free trial membership but if you dont cancel your subscription within 7 days they charge you 9 per month The only thing good about this company is that they offer free shipping on all orders over 50. But beware - their customer service is terrible and theyre not even close to being reputable. Do not bother with this company - their products are nothing to write home about either.

Then when I got there they said that because I had already paid for the year they couldnt refund me anything. It was clear that this company is just full of fraudsters who only care about making money. Avoid this business at all costs
