I have used this company a few times now and each time has been incredibly frustrating. The first time I had to deal with them was through their website and the process was very painful. They kept giving me different numbers for how many requests they were making per hour which made it difficult to understand what they were trying to tell me. Then there was the fact that they did not have my required software installed on their computer when I came in to meet with them so I had to wait for another person to come over and help me out. Finally when I got my software installed and tried using their application - it did not work at all

I have never had such a bad experience with batshub. We are development company and app development company working together since last year. And this time there was so much problem. First of all we didnt get the right softwarebatshelf and then we couldnt find any information about it on the web. So we called them and they said they would send you the correct software. They did not do that and instead sent me an email saying that they will send the correct software next day. I am very disappointed with this situation.
