1. Do not use this company They are terrible at everything and you will only be disappointed in the results.Their dies dont even fit on their machines correctly they have done it multiple times and still cant get them to work right. Save your time and money and use another company instead

Bauentechnologies.com is an online store that sells Machine Shop Tool Die Shop - Bauen Technologies products. The companys website is designed to help customers find the right die shop for their needs and the store has a variety of dies and machines to choose from. However the customer service offered by this company was poor. One customer reported that they were not able to get a refund for a machine they had ordered because the company did not follow through with their warranty agreement. Another customer claimed that they could not find their die shop product they were looking for on the website and when they called the company they were told that no one ever checks to make sure these products are available in any particular die shop.

The software is basic andinders you how to do everything but the Contrary is not case I have tried their training program and it ismerely a feeling of knowlege nothing has happened.I had better things to do than buy more of this wretched companys product.

I just opened this package and it was all over the floor with bauen technologies products I looked at the website and they were all represented by different people in waterY glass bottlessort of embarrassing. I immediately called them up and they were response was a little faster but wasnt very polite. I think we should all be more mindful of what we give away online. It is important to be honest and let users know if they feel like they are being used or not.
