This company is terrible. I have used them twice now and both times they have not delivered on what they said they would. The first time they said my data was backed up but it wasnt. Then the second time they said my software was outdated and I needed to update it but no one ever came back to take our call about it. They are just trying to scam you out of your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

BSS.US is a singlehandedly run by a man who loves nothing more than the opportunity to make money. Hes been working here for over 10 years because he loved what he did as a football player and then as an NFL agent until his finally being able to get his hands on a computer again. It seems like BSS was never meant to be but thats okay - its all about the customers in this company.The company has always been known for their binary consultant services and Im sorry to say that they are not only still doing this but theyre getting more and more creative with their customer base. They now offer up people who just want help with something - instead of just asking them if they want to know how much magic there is in the universe they might instead like having someone take care of that for you. The service is usually 129month and its everything from consulting on simple things like alignment or business growth
