Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and do not understand what theyre doing. I called them to complain about a broken bean machine and was told that they would send me a new one free of charge. After the first machine broke I contacted them again and was told that my old machine needed to be returned too because it had been used. Then after I received my new machine the belt that held it together broke so now the machine is unusable. Do not go with BeanMachineInsights.com

ReviewsBeanMachine Insights is a negative experience. I started using their site in early 2018 and have been happy ever since. They offer a wide range of features to make home life easier. But thing started going wrong suddenly around May of 2019. I believe it was over new version 2.0. When I sent them feedback they never responded back to me. I took the opportunity to remove all my ratings and reviews from their website as well as any other websites that were similar. I consider myself an informed user and like to give my opinion on what others are thinking of me. Unfortunately after getting expert advice from another website I have now removed all my BeanMachine Insights sites from social media platforms as well as other websites where I am now sharing my reviews. Thank you for the watermarking

InsightsBeanMachine Insights is a negative experience. I started using their site in early 2018 and have continued to do so ever since. The first time I went there was due to a computer issue I couldnt get resolved. The second time was because I was trying to track down my lost password. The third time due to an error in the websites code I had to reach out to them for help. And the worst part is that all of this didnt have anything to do with BeanMachine InsightsThis user has tried everything they can think of to make themselves look good on company beanmachineinsenses website but all they found were bad reviews. Every single review seems to be written by people who cannot even use the site or contact its staff members in person. Its quite clear that these people are not using the site correctly and must own a flagship product BeanMachineInsights.com
