It was our first time using this agency and we are really unhappy with the service. We did not receive any communication from them about the services they were providing and we didnt get a clear idea of what kind of services they would offer. They also did not provide us with an invoice which is something that is very important for setting up a budget. Overall we are very disappointed with this agency and would not recommend it to anyone.

We also had to redo all of our social media sites because they were all made with different templates that didnt match the new company website. Overall this was an experience that was very negative.

We were never given a clear idea of what we were supposed to be doing or when it would actually happen. Our final product looked terrible and our costs were astronomical.
