"This Company Is A Joke. I Had To Call"

This company is a joke. I had to call them to fix my computer because it was crashing and they told me that it would be fixed by tomorrow. Well the next day my computer still wasnt working so I called them and they said it would cost 199 to fix my computer. I told them that I didnt have that much money and they said well then you cant use your computer until we get a new one for you. This is a complete scam - avoid this company if possible

They said that I needed to get my computer fixed but it was just a simple virus check and it only cost me 20. They also said that I needed to pay for their service but when I asked them how much it would cost they told me that it wasnt necessary. Do not go to this company

Do not bother with this company. Their repair services are terrible and their customer service is nonexistent. I had to call them multiple times to get my computer fixed and each time I waited for hours before they even called me back. Save your money and go somewhere else

I just bought a new computer and moved my old one onto it. I was going to take it to a repair shop but changed my mind because I wanted to keep my old computer. Its been like this for a while now. The customer service here is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers. Company BelltechComputerSolutions is very bad when it comes to customer service. Their computers are move easily and so the problem arises when the customer does not take care of their computer house still covered by a warranty.
