This company is a complete mess. They dont even have an website. I called them to ask about their service and the person on the phone said they dont do anything that doesnt involve calling someone in Amsterdam. And hes right because there isnt anything on their website about Internet bureau Bestebroer uit Amsterdam - not even a listing The only thing you can find are all these terrible reviews of this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this fiasco

I have never had such terrible customer service. I was told my internet connection was not good and that I needed to upgrade when in fact it was just fine. Then they said my internet password would not work because I had changed it a few months ago. Finally they said they could not help me because the companys computer system did not recognize the new password. What a fiasco

bestebroer.I have had several problems with this company and the customer service is terrible. The most trouble I have had is when I needed to change a fact about myself and they said they couldnt do it because my phone was still working. Then I had to call them back all over again and then they could do it. But other than that the company provides poor customer service.
