I started using Bestweby.com in 2006 after reading their website for a while. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The service is great and the prices are unbeatable. But the problem is that they are absolutely terrible at doing what they say. Every time I have called them its been like they dont have any response time for me. They last line of communication is through the phone but they should really be able to respond quickly on a internet connection. Overall Ive had mixed results with Bestweby.com every time Ive used it.

I have had two tries of getting this same issue. I have the computer off and on and it is not just once. I have had it for a few months now and its still the same. Ive tried cleaning the drive spinning out the disk turning off and on to try and get the issue with my old computer to stop all without success. If you have this problem please consult your nearest tech support representative Best weby.com is our company culture down wrong
