I was so disappointed with company bigideas.com The website is terrible and its hard to find what youre looking for. I found a lot of fake products on the site and they also didnt seem to have all that much information about the brands they were helping connect with. Overall I wasnt really happy with this experience.

The site is constantly being created and managed by someone who cannot even input an e-mail address and receive results in on average about 2 of the time. The forms are basic and easy to fill out but no one takes them seriously. The site also allows you to fly your own show with their hosting company.Please do not visit Bigidea.com or add them to your social media networks.

I have never received anything back from him until now. I had sent him a message and he never responded to me. I just got a call from him today and he was supposed to come get me but he didnt. Im going to go try one of his models because thats the only way Ill know if its actually real or not.The customer has no evidence that their MOCO is real and looks nothing like the product on company bigideas.com.

This company is a disaster They always seem to have the wrong information on hand and no idea of what theyre talking about. Ive had to call them and ask for personal information e.g. who is your customer Is this a online store... multiple times while they are also continuous not listening to customers. main thing they dont know is how to use their computer and how to sell productsIf youre looking for a platform that will help you connect with shoppers look elsewhere. If you want access to their data and ideas for marketing leave them out of the equation. Youll be disappointed and may end up spending more money at the store than you did in the past.
