"I Have Had Three Different"
BIGZIEL, Review Specifics:
I have had three different accounts at bigziel.com and it has been an unmitigated disaster. The first time I went through theirrible customer service they told me my account was on hold while they were working on a new kit for me. The second time it happened right after I clicked submit order which put me in the position of having to communicate with customer service multiple times until something could be done about this mess. And the worst part is that these people work for the company so its like receiving a bad grade from them. My only degradation They are all very organized and keep track of everything yet they seem almost stuffy most of the time.
