I was very unhappy with the work done by Bit Orbit. They did not seem to have any understanding of how digital marketing works and their ideas for campaigns were completely wrong. Additionally they charged a lot of money for services that did not seem to be worth it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im so frustrated with company bit-orbit.com I think Ill be able to not only no longer use the internet at all.Ive been using this digital creative agency for a little over a year now and have never had such terrible experiences. Everytime I change something in my resume it takes forever to get back to me. They also dont always keep their promisesversions of what they promise. For example we were supposed to get our article published in DCCBs print edition but didnt. Instead we got an email from them saying Were sorry but your article was not accepted. Sorry doesnt seem like a very reliable way to improve customer service

I was really excited to try out bitorbit.com After using it for a few days I realized that the service was incredibly user-friendly but also extremely difficult to use. The website is very simple with just a few steps involved in getting your account set up. The first time I tried it I couldnt even get my account set up within minutes due to this websites long and detailed instructions. Shekereafter afterI got my account set up they gave me a new user fees of 0.50 per hour which was personally frustrating because I wanted to use the service all in one go and didnt want to waste money on something like that. Overall I rated bitorbit.com as a step-down from digital creative agency Berlin Bites
