I recently worked with BitFrameworks. I was impressed by the immediately and professional manner in which they operated. However a few months later their customer service has ceased to be reliable. They will not take any issues seriously and will not take any pictures or videos of the Puppy until after the issue has been resolved. I have had to send several emails and call them multiple times during the day because their customer service did not seem to care. Finally on my last attempt at getting somebody to help me out with a problem with my Dog who is totally fearless they decided to buy him back from the seller who sold him to me. This whole process made me very unhappy and I would not recommend this company ever.Im sorry for the bad user review but we strongly suggest you speak to your local representatives for bitframeworks.com HP Lovecraft or similar companies if you need assistance with a dog or other pet. We do not suggest going there though if you

In that time they have always been willing to help you if you need it even when things get bad. However this year they have done something that I find extremely unethical andagainst the companys mission. beginning with their newest product BitFrameworkx they are nowwerthless in the opinion of the majority of the companys customers.
