ServicesI have had several issues with this company and I will always take my time to speak to someone about any concerns I have. However when I did not have the service delivered to my house on time they told me they would do a further 2 day delay and it only took them 4 days to deliver the service whilst I was out of the country. Overall I have had very poor experiences with this company and I would not recommend them.

CleaningI just moved out of a one-bedroom apartment and needed to get the house clean. I found Bixly on the internet and decided to give it a try. It was very easy to use and my Puzzles for arrival every day was great. But then within 30 minutes of starting my first conversation I had reached my limit. There were too many questions and not enough answers. Nothing was ever really answered. The customer service was good though. Company bixly.com is not worth your time or moneyThis users review is negative and they have no hope for a satisfactory experience.

ServicesI just moved and Bixly Home Services came to the market. I have had one issue with my old home service company and they were able to get a new company to take over for me. Now I have Bixly Home Services as my back-up plan. But Im not very happy with it. The customer service is terrible and they dont seem to care about their customers. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.
