I was extremely disappointed with the company blackboard.com. The website is very user-unfriendly and it takes a lot of time to get started. It also seems like the company is not very serious about their educational technology services. In fact I had to call customer service several times before they would even respond to my inquiry about a specific project that I was working on Overall I was very unimpressed with this company and I do not recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality educational technology services.

Ive never had such terrible customer service and its especially egregious because Im a high school student who needs help with my schoolwork. The blackboard software is very bad and its hard to use at all. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

I am very disappointed with company blackboard.com. I bought a used computer space and optimized it for learning. Then one day my computer just wouldnt go into range to get on the board at all. Weve been using the service for a few months now and the only way to get on the board is to create an account and then download files to the computer. Please fix thisBlackboard has turned you into a machine that cant even start or finish projectsWere sorry to hear that youre not happy with your Blackboard experience. We appreciate your efforts to learn about our service and we hope that youll continue to use it in the future. Please note that your account must be set up as a board when you first sign up but later you can remove yourself from boards if you want.

I dont think I could ever recommend Blackboard North America to anyone. Every time I use the site I get a feeling ofoni drill down too deep. Its like theyre watching me and all Im seeing is text fields and some sort of list of options. para me it was a waste of money and time. I just got out of my first trial with Blackboard North America. My experience was terrible. They were very slow in delivering information and when they did it came too late for me. The site was organized well but the user interface was not what I was looking for. para me the site needed more action points so that users would feel connected to their work area.

Im not sure what the problem is but its something I dont see often. blackboard.com seems to be a good resource for learning more about education technology services. This company makes a great resource for students by providing information about various technology services that can help with their educational goals. However some of the decisions they make when choosing this resources can be important for their future career paths. However the customer service here is excellent and they always make sure that we can be a resources for people who are looking to learn more about their education technologies.
