has great customer service but someminster their products do not work with the companys softwareIve had a lot of trouble with this company. Their product doesnt work with their software. Ive told them multiple times that theyre going to get my money back and they dont want to do that. They also wont give me a credit or send out a refund even if I ask for it. Instead they offer no resistance at all and just tell me to find someone else to help me keep my money instead of doing what is best for me.

bluecompass is a digital health and fitness company that focuses on providing their customers with the best in after-hours care and advice for physical activity. However this company does not always deliver on their promises to provide the best customer service possible. 1 The Product Blue Compass only provides poor quality customer service by asking if you need help finding anything specific on your body while there is seemingly NOTHING written about it anywhere 2 The Problem There are so many AFTER Hours Care responsibilities with using Digital Health and Exercise gear as well as blueCompass itself that it can difficult to keep track of all of the different issues problems which arise during use. cHow much do I payThe product myself did not work out too well. The app was Idea because I loved the look of it but then they broke my phone so now I have no access to my data or pictures..I am going to give them a try next time instead
