Do not use this website It is a scam The person who created the website told you to put in your name email and phone number so that they can contact you if there are any problems with your computer. However when you try to do that they emails you a picture of what looks like a fake email address and tells you to send them money in order to fix the problem. Do not waste your time or money on this website

I just received my order from company bluecube-it.com and I found it to be horrible The software is placeholder and the customer service is not working out well at all. I did get ahold of the customer service several times but they were notjonald e will continue to do so because they are not doing themselves any favors by keeping this site up and running in the process.I would recommend against using this company if you want good customer service.

I just got a bad review for company bluecube-it.comThe company is in the business of selling Blue Cube IT products. In my opinion every single one of the products Ive tried has been terrible. The customer service is also terrible. Theyre either unable to help or not willing to help at all. Ive had to contact the customer service multiple times and theyre never responsive. My last experience with them was when I was having my computer hacked - they were completely unresponsive and didnt have anything to do with the product Im reviewing or their lack thereof.tubster

I just got out of my first job as a customer service representative at company bluecube-it.com and wanted to share my experience with you all. First the location - next to the website is perfect for now or 50s age groupers. Second the phone callousness of the head office - one moment I was in the conversation with a live person and the next I was on the phone with someone who said were sorry we have to close. Its like they were trying to tell me that because they were being polite but also closed off. Company Blue Cube is a business that does not care about its customers and employees. There was no energy or interest in this company and their services. If you are looking for a business that does not care about its customers and employees you will find it elsewhere.
