However the user below has had negative experiences with this company and provides a detailed description of their experience which is unfortunately not indicative of the quality of work done by Bluetonemedia.I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by BlueTone Media. The first issue I had was that they did not have what I needed for my website. After contacting them numerous times no one ever got back to me until after hours. Then they charged me an outrageous amount for what I really need and nothing else Additionally their customer service was terrible - they would constantly 404 my pages without any explanation or apology. Overall I would not recommend this company if you are looking for professional web design or digital marketing services.

is a complete scamI was so excited to find an online marketing agency that was in the Wilmington NC area. I met with the companys owner and he seemed like a very nice person. However after only one meeting I realized that BlueTone Media is nothing more than a complete scam. The founder of the company is apparently very dishonest and he never even offered me anything in return for my money. He just wanted me to provide him with my contact information so that he could start selling me nonexistent services. Do not bother giving your money to this company - they are not worth it at all

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The designs they produce are terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. I had to contact them multiple times because my designs did not meet their standards and they would not change them no matter how many times I told them. They also do not seem to care about their customers.
