This company is a complete scam. The first time I clicked on their website it said that I needed to create an account in order to view their products or services. When I asked what the purpose of this was they told me that I needed to pay for their services. After telling them that wasnt possible and providing my credit card information they charged me 50 without any warning. The next time I tried to use their website it wouldnt let me sign in because my email address had been changed. They also told me that my account would be deleted if I didnt renew it within 24 hours. Needless to say this company isnt worth your time or money.

I just opened this site and it looks like a great site for finding helpful information. However I developed strong resentment from the entire staff about the whole time it took to get my account set up. Its currently not even 10 minutes since I first started working at company and they were already busy building themselves a successful business. If youre looking for a good online resource this is not it. If youre looking for a support system these guys are honestly one of the best Ive ever used. But unlike all the other sites out there bmdodo.com etc they actually care about their users

I last used this website back in 05. I was a result of customer service on the side of another business and it was good as can be. But then something changed and now my account is no longer with this company. I sent in a support request for a problem that I had with one of their products but have yet to receive a response. Do what you must but do not use this company.
