I had a terrible experience with Bocasay.com. The customer service was so bad that I doubt they would be able to fix my issue because their system is completely dysfunctional. Additionally their prices are incredibly high and I dont think they offer any real value for your money. Overall avoid this company if you can

Bocasay.com is a terrible business and their services are terrible. I have been using their services for Offshore IT Service Centre since last year and they have not had the best luck with me so far. I am not sure what they do that well but they have come up with a really bad idea for a product. It is very frustrating because I think it would be a lot better if they could just figure out how to get back to the customer she wants.This user has missed some important steps in their customer journey and would like to hear about possible solutions or challenges that bocasay.com are facing at all time high levels. They also request feedback as to what others may be looking to do to improve their business processes.The users story is concerning bocasay.com and they seem to be doing everything possible to sit on your case until you finally take them down from your website. "I Just Brought In My"

I just brought in my old software and used it for less than a week. Ive since replaced it with a new one and the customer service told me that the new software was only 2 years old and needed to be replacementEU. So Im currently without a computer for over 24 hours because someone at company bocasay.com thought I needed one. I dont have anything else to use until I get my money back. This is what they call The BadCompany Bocasay.com does not even offer an End of Life product We are just an Offshore IT Service Centre and our mission is to provide our customers with the best possible service. However when we received the email about the 2 year old software we were very disappointed. We did not even have the decency to replace it myself The customer service told me that this was only 2 years old and needed to be replaced EU which means it was no longer original equipment
