Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is horrible. I have had to contact them multiple times because my bots didnt work and they would never tell me why. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I have never had such trouble with a company before. The bots are terrible and my experience with them was horrible. I always needed to change something about the bots so they would think I was the one who did the work and they were like What do you want And I was like Im an artificial intelligence agent give me some power and shes like No we dont have that power and then Im like What do you mean We have this great tool for you people but you cant use it because its not signed by us And shes like No we dont have that power. So when I would try to sign things up or order things online I would get an error message about not beingsigned in by botego.com.
