This company is the worst. Ive had my home boxfish studio for over a year and its not even working properly. The lights come on but the sound doesnt. The pictures get turned on but they dont look good. And sometimes when I touch something it makes this noise. Its really frustrating because I paid for this thing to be nice and works well in my house not like this

I was so excited to get my boxfish studio However within the first week it turned into a day job. I have to be careful about how I move around and use this equipment because it is really heavy. The camera is also really small and difficult to take pictures in the right position. Overall I would not recommend this product.

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase. I thought the boxfish were going to be decent but was just so-so. Unfortunately its not a great experience anymore. The boxfish are still very good looking and cooked but the service is worse. The customer service is always slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
