This company is nothing but a scam. The software they offer is not even boxmodel its called Bespoke Software. They do not even have a website they just send you software to install on your computer. After installation you are required to pay them for each use and then they require you to sign up for their email list. There is no way to cancel the subscription or get your money back without cancelling the entire service. Do not bother with this company they will not deliver on their promises.

However the company has been known to provide poor quality products and services.The company offers a high level of customer service but they have yet to provide any updates on what is going on with the boxmodel software. This software is only known to be good for Boxmodeldigital.coms services and not actually for businesses as a whole.This company seems to be only interested in making money - without providing any evidence of this. They offer no support or anything even resembling it. Im MIGHT say that their customer service is top-notch but their product offerings seem half-hearted at best.I would recommend avoiding this company at all cost - their product offerings are terrible.

I have just joined the company this year and has already had to turn off many of the boxes I was working on because they were constantly changing their design ideas because of the various user feedback.The customer service is great here - they are always willing to help new users and have a thing or two to say about how things work. However I would preferably move away from this company and focus on something else for a while so that I can come back to this one day and enjoy its benefits again.
