ConsultingI used this company for two years and was very dissatisfied with the service provided. The first year they did not have my account set up properly so I had to call them back three times. The second year they charged me 150 for an hour that I did not even use. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the prices are outrageous. I have had to call them multiple times for things that were simple and they always end up being more expensive than what I was originally quoted. The company also does not seem to be very serious about their promises of delivery which makes it difficult to trust them.

SolutionsI just registered with everyone at every company and it took forever. I started a subscription for Bridgepoint Solutions because they offer great services and it will be easier to find someone who can help me if I need help. But then the process started taking longer than expected and into future years. The rate of service repealation is really Unfortunately most companies seem to be in the business of ripening food that way where customer service is not always top-notch. Im not sure what youre doing but its probably not worth your time and yours alone. Start by looking elsewhere for a company that offers better services for a fraction of the price.

This is my 3rd time using them and always will be my last until they change their policy. They are terrible at service and always has been during the recent slew of reviews. I hope someone can find and fix the problem before it becomes permanent.
