I was very disappointed with the service provided by Bpm-Lat.com. I contacted them numerous times to get help with a digital marketing project my company was working on. Each time I received an automated response telling me that they were unable to help because the project was already completed and my company wasnt the responsible party. In addition their customer service policies are extremely unprofessional and it took me several weeks of frustration before I finally got ahold of someone who could actually help me out. overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened this site and it is a direct response to my first review. This site is run by a group of people who are serial offenders in the business of destroyin hard-working small businesses. They use theirPosts on company bpm-lat.com to make themselves look like good anosliwers while actually being the total package. period. This site is full of user generated content which they use to try and make themselves look good but in reality are just purposeless garbage. Its time for them to go out and get a job so they can learn from better practices and stop making things harder for companies their size.

I just opened this site today and it is a disaster. I entered my information and was able to get me a customer id but no one is ever reached What the hell is wrong with these people I have been using the company for 4 years now and we have never had this much trouble with our account. I have not been able to get anyone to come out and help us. I have sent multiple emails and talked to their support team but they dont care. I am really disappointed in company bpm-lat.com right now.
