I just met with them in person and was very unhappy with the service I received. I had an issue with my password and they could not help me out. I spent hours on the phone trying to get them to fix the problem and they couldnt. The result was the same - I got a message from company bpocanada.com telling me that my account was lost and that I needed to change it. Of course I did not have any personal information on me when I made the purchase so it would have been extremely difficult for them to steal or even find my name if they wanted to do so. They also told me that my account was already used and that there were no further uses for it. So despite hertzslingeing her assiduously trying to use their customer service line every day company bpocanada.com never manages to produce anything of value... other than a feeling of sourness andconsideration given how much
