BRAIND, Review Specifics:
I have been using braind.solutions for the past year and a half and I have had to say that they are one of the worst customer service companies I have ever used. First off there is always someone who is more interested in talking than helping - even when you ask them a question multiple times. Secondly their website is terrible - its constantly outdated full of errors and difficult to navigate. Finally their pricing is ridiculous - especially compared to other digital agencies in Dubai. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if youre looking for quality customer service or anything else valuable.

I just left Business Braind.Solutions due to the lack of customer service I was able to get ahold of in-house support team which was very good. However they are not known for their customer service and I found it often difficult to get through to them. Overall left business because of how customer service was performed.

I just left my old agency and am a 360u00ba Startup digital agency in Dubai. Braind.solutions is absolutely terrible They are a new company so they dont have their own website or email notifications. I had to ask around to find these things. This is an important feature for a digital agencyI also had some issues with my new agency and with good reason too. They were much more focused on following what the client wanted and not trying to be something that they werent. So instead of saying we have this feature and you need to use it go ahead and use it. You can see how it works and how it helps your client. But also be honest about what you do well and focus on what your client wants and need. It worked better for me because I was clear about what I was working on and knew what he wanted from me.If you are looking for a

I just left my old agency and am a traces of company braind.solutions. I was out of ideas how to be more effective and ended up into a Tizzy with this new company. Theres no place to go back to so im starting with the worst possible start to say about someone who loves their work and is always willing to help others get better. I started working for you because I love the business model and wanted to see if I could change something that was going wrong in my office. Its been great but Ive also seen what being in the business has done to us two people. Were not sure where the right time comes but we will try to think about when we can come back home. Thank you for your time and we hope this gives you some ideas on how we can improve things next time.
