I have never used this company before but I was offered a free trial of their services. I decided to go ahead with the trial and after only a few minutes on their website I realized that there is nothing that looks like it would be used to promote or market my business. Instead they just list some random things about how they can help your business. The site also seems to be very outdated and doesnt seem to have anything new going on currently. Overall I would not recommend this company because there are better ways to spend your money elsewhere

I have had the pleasure of working with company brandedmind.com in the past where I was constantly told how great my work is and how they are looking to grow their business. However recent events have made me question these statements. First and foremost is that the company is no longer advertising or offering services through contact center service which is their main selling point. In addition the current CEO has been nothing but closed off to responses to his emailsvisits to see if I am still interested in working there. All Ive received are automated emails asking if I am interested in working there or not. So far its been very unprofessional and left me feeling like a passive individual whos only goal was to stay here for fear of being let go which by the way is exactly why I wanted it going in the first place.
