I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. Their customer service is top-notch but their technical support is garbage. Ive been through four different people now and they all say the same thing We dont know what youre talking about we cant help you. And then they tell me to go away and never come back because they wont be able to help me anymore. Do not use this company if you want your computer to work at all
