Bridgetech.co.id is a company that sells and uses custom enterprise software to help businesses in Indonesia. I was this companys customer many years ago and the service was always fantastic. However over the past few years my requests for specific features in my software have become harder and harder to get back up to par. Every time I request a feature from them Im notified of what it is that they are working on Crockpot ChefI am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service such as which makes this company any different than other companies in the same situation. They provide good software but when you ask for a feature they make it difficult or impossible to get back up to par which is deplorable.
