They said it was my computer because it was only 6 months old. I told them that it had been there since July and they did not believe me.

After using the company for a while now I noticed many wrong things about them and didnt think it was too bad since they provide quality software.I had Brightcodes here in Ranchi before and it was a good company. Now Ive moved away and there havent been any problems since. However I just got a letter from them asking me to change my email address because theyre going to start accepting orders through the internet again. Overall I dont like how theyre asking for things and not sending an email letting me know whats happening.

Pvt. Ltd. is a company that provides software software downloads and utilities to its customers in the Ranchi area of India. After using the company for some time I came to the conclusion that they are nothing but a pack of thieves who try to take away your money without any basis in evidence. The first time they took away my money was when I needed them to provide a new browser for my computer as I had used up my old one. Brightcodes tried to say that it was a natural cause and credit card companies were also involved but all of this was not based in reality at all. They said that I had used more than what was allowed by the company and thats why my account was charged even though I hadnt downloaded anything. In fact I only download things backhandedly because they always want me to start arguing with them about things they have done or not done. All you people who read these reviews every day must know that this is not true the opposite is
