Im not impressed at all with Brightec.co.uk. Ive had a few bad experiences with their services in the past so I wasnt overly optimistic about this one. Surprisingly they actually made me extremely unhappy with my experience. Their user-centred mobile web app developers service is completely useless - its incredibly difficult to get anything done because the people working on it are absolutely unhelpful and dont seem to care about their customers. If youre looking for a terrible experience then Brightec definitely fit that bill

I have used Brightec for the past year and I can say that their service is terrible. First of all they do not offer a warranty on their products - which is Shame because you would think that such a reputable company would at least offer a warranty on their equipment. Secondly the quality of their apps are terrible. They constantly crash or present errors. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two devices from Brightec and they are both terrible. One was a mobile phone and the other was a laptop. The mobile phone wasnt as bad because it could not be charged so it needed to be unplugged all the time. The laptop was just like the one in the video. It would slowly turn off and on for no reason. Then I realized that it was on for hours and hours without being turned off. So Ioff the battery at least for a short amount of time.I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The users review is very negative. They have created a website where you can find all the details of how to set up your Brightec app and they have never contacted them to get it fixed. In addition they have left numerous reviews which are never going to be found because theyre always removed from the website when it goes online. Its possible that this company isnt even aware of what theyre doing but at least their customers wont be happy if theyre not satisfied with their work.
