"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer Service In My"

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called them to ask about an order and the person on the phone told me that they didnt do anything with it because it was already shipped. I then called them back and spoke to another person who said that my order had actually been cancelled and they would not be responsible for the money that had been paid. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
