I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. They told me that I needed to get a new computer because the one that I had was out of date. Turns out it wasnt even out of date The guy who installed it said that the only way to fix it was to take the motherboard and put it back in there. He also said that he couldnt do anything about my websites security because there were vulnerabilities on it. Needless to say Im not going to be using Broadwavestudios again and recommend anyone else doing so as well.
