The first time I used them I got it wrong and ended up spending 4000 on a software upgrade that did nothing to improve my companys performance. Do not use this company if you want your business to perform at its best

The company is in the business of providing IT services to Blackstone Technology Group and their goal seems to be nothing more than making sure that you get it wrong the first time around. Their policies are harsh and unyielding and their customer service is nonexistent at best. If you need help getting your system up and running correctly I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs

Company Bstonetech.com is a bad service. I have been using their services for a while now and have never had such terrible results. Every thing Ive done is been mistakes because of company bstonetech.com. I have sent them emails called them texted them and even taken their phone number but they still cannot get my account started or fix the issues that are present in their code of conduct. If youre going to do business with this company at least be happy with what you have.

I recently worked with Blackstone Technology Group and was extremely unhappy. They would not let me leave my account until I had they completely changed the entire tone of the website which then led to my job at another company. It was great getting back to work but by then it was already too late. The only good thing about it was that we were able to get IT right the first time with a very small investment.
