B Burgi Technologies is a terrible company. They never seem to get it. For years they have been managing IT services for businesses in the Orange County area and they have never been good at anything else. Their users have always been happy with their services but their CEO never seems to care. He just wants to make a lot of money on the back end without doing anything that might be useful. herself and her team are always trying tocertify their software as being working well beyond what their users admit. Overall the company is just another app development company - and thats how theyre supposed to be

I just had to write a bad user review for company burgitech.com. Im so sorry but something went wrong with their service and I came down hard on my customer service representative. She was extremely responsive to my email questions and didnt respond to any of my other messages until after the fact. I wasnt polite or responsive in return which led me to believe that my customer service representative couldnt even be marginally interested in helping me as a customer. Overall I found it difficult to have any contact with my representation and it showed in the quality of the services offered.

Burgi Technologies is a terrible business decision making and management team. They have no idea how to run a business or how to take care of their people. My company has been working with Burgi Technologies for just over a year now and Ive got to say that theyve been completely successful in their managed IT services in Orange County. However they are not well-loved by either the customers or the company. Ive had to keep up with their latest changes and updates multiple times during this time and its constantlyensimo that they could use some improvement. Unfortunately I find that most of their products and services are not really safe for use. Make sure you do your own research before starting a relationship with them - there are many better options out there
