MarketingC2.net.au is a terrible company I have used them for both digital marketing and website design and both experiences have been awful. The first time they did not even send me the designs they had created- they only sent me the code to create their own website. Then after I got it built my website was completely different than what they had designed- it looked like it was made in a different era They also charge absurd amounts of money for services that are not even necessary- like creating a social media profile for an organization that does not even have one. Overall avoid this company if you can

I just had a conversation with my Coulumber customer service and Im sure youre feeling really frustrated now. All of your levels of support are trying to help people within their level of understanding but theres no sign of improvement. Eventually if everything is kept up-notely it will keep improving people will start to adapt and stop waiting long periods of time for some sort of response.
