CANCELLATIONS ARE ALWAYS SCAMMINGI have had a lot of problems with this company. First they tried to cancel my account without telling me in advance. Then when I tried to dispute the charge they told me that I would have to go through their customer service and wait forever for a response. And finally when I finally got a response they said that my order was never shipped and that I would have to contact them again to get my money back. All of these experiences were total scamming attempts by this company.
