I was this companys customer service agent and it was a terrible experience. The customer service was unselectionable and non existent. The phone number they would only give you in Cancun was not working anymore. I had to email them and ask for a new customer service number. They never responded to me. Then I found out that their website was gone away from here too...

I was this companys customer service agent and it was an terrible experience. The person I was working with was horribleI returned to the USA and after spending two weeks in Cancun for travel unexpectedly I received a call from company asking for more money for a room that I had already paid for. I told them that I had paid for a room the night before and they needed to send me a bill immediately so that I could see what was happening. Once I got back to the US the company called back and charged me succesfully Get out of Cancun BEFORE IT KEEPSmakes you very happy
