"I Have Never Had Such Trouble With"
Canvas United, Review Specifics:
I have never had such trouble with a company. The canvasUnited website was not easy to use or understand. The customer service was terrible. I had to call and talk to people on the phone which was really difficult because it was very crowded. The customer service did not seem to care about their customers. I even got in a fight with one of their employees over this website and they were like If you want to get your business started youre going to have to get your act together. Ultimately I stopped using Canvas United after that experience.

I have never had such terrible service from a company I created. The first day I used them they sent me to theidation process which was really frustrating because I wanted to order and change some colors in my photo shop but it kept asking for more information about my account. Then later on same day they send me an email saying my account is locked up so I need to be very careful what I say when customer service asks if we can help you with your picture.QUOTE
